If the product is not under guarantee the costs are:
These are €50.
If the customer decides not to have the device repaired, inspection costs will be charged for every device that is sent. Inspection costs will be charged for every device that is sent if the device turns out to be working without any repairs being made to it.
€0.85 per kilometre within the Netherlands (including travelling time).
Repair on location
If it turns out during a repair on location that there is no defect in a device supplied by us, or another defect becomes apparent than was stated in this repair request, a charge will be made for this.
The costs for returning the repaired component are €25 per shipment.
These are €65 per hour.
Material costs will be stated in advance if known, and otherwise on the basis of subsequent calculation.
All of our prices are in Euros and exclusive of 21% VAT. Payment must be made within 14 days of the performance/invoice date.
You must ensure that our technician has access to the products to be repaired.
Performance of repair
Once we have received the repair request from you we will contact you to make agreements in mutual consultation on the performance of the repair and its costs.
