The diz550 consists of a concrete housing with a waterproof, earthed and insulated stainless steel unit containing the hardware components. The use of a concrete housing makes the kiosk highly durable, weatherproof and vandalism-resistant. The combination with stainless steel gives a straightforward and environmentally friendly appearance.

The temperature management of the entire kiosk is controlled by the climate system. This provides cooling, heating and ventilation when the air humidity is too high. In combination with the concrete housing, this means that temperature fluctuations are limited, which increases the service life of the components. The outdoor kiosk can be fitted with a glass shield, to which lettering and/or a logo can be applied if required.
