Based on our extensive experience we give you specific advice on the many possibilities and built-in components of our digital products. From self-service kiosk to information kiosk, from registration kiosk to wayfinding or webshop kiosk, you decide on the use and the appearance of our products.

In-house design

We want you to present yourself at your best. So our products are designed by our in-house designers and manufactured with care in our own production facility. Our proven solutions show their worth in public spaces, and won’t fail to be noticed by your visitors or customers. After delivery you can call on us for maintenance and service.

Ease of use

Ergonomics and ease of use are key factors for our products. In the design phase diz always bears in mind how a user can utilise a product as easily and effectively as possible.
With our years of experience we know exactly how an information point or display housing can be optimally adapted to its surroundings and the target audience. That can vary from, for example, the colour of your own house style and your logo to a totally new model especially designed for you. If required diz can seamlessly blend wall models and large displays into your interior and ambiance, or on the other hand make them act as striking eye-catchers.

Quality and safety

The supply of top-quality products is a key issue within our organisation. We achieve this through the constant monitoring and evaluation of all phases in the production process. As well as quality, we also have a continuous focus on safety in and around the workplace and on location. We work in accordance with the standards and procedures based on the health, safety and environmental (VCA) guidelines. To this end our technical field staff have valid personal VCA certificates.

Building long-term relationships with our customers in order to offer the best possible support is a key element of our business philosophy. With supplementary service levels you can make appropriate agreements on the level of our service provision. We can draw up a service level agreement for customers who are looking for a total solution, have no or too expensive service possibilities of their own, or prefer to fully focus on their own core business.
With the most extensive service level agreement, diz truly takes everything off your hands. You can even call on us in case of malfunctions caused by third parties, such as problems with software, your internet connection, power supply etc. We contact the suppliers concerned and make sure your products function optimally again.
